Michigan Opera Theatre Honors Moms with Special Mother’s Day Contest
* * *DETROIT, Michigan, May 5, 2008...What mom wouldn’t love to be a diva for a day? Michigan Opera Theatre is proud to celebrate Mom with a special Mother’s Day contest that includes four box seats to La Traviata one of the world’s most popular operas - on May 17th, 2008, dinner for four in the Cadillac Café at the Detroit Opera House, and luxury transportation to the opera provided by Checker Sedan. To nominate a mom for the contest, visit www.MichiganOpera.org to enter an essay on why your mom, sister, wife, friend or acquaintance should be a “diva for a day” in 100 words or less.
