An Ideal Location

The Detroit Opera House is one of the crown jewels of Downtown Detroit’s burgeoning Entertainment District, near to six restored theaters, Ford Field (professional football), Comerica Park (professional baseball) and three casinos.

Parking is Easy

We have an 80-space valet lot immediately next to the theater, and the new state-of-the-art Detroit Opera House Parking Center, directly across the street, which can accommodate 700 vehicles.

Restaurants & Hotels

The Detroit Opera House is within blocks of the Hilton Garden Inn, The Atheneum Suites, the Marriott Renaissance and the Courtyard by Marriott hotels. Several dozen restaurants, appealing to all tastes, are within blocks of the Detroit Opera House.

Ticketing

The Detroit Opera House is a Ticketmaster house. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 5:30PM and two hours prior to each performance.

The theater seats over 2,700 and the Detroit Opera House stage is the largest in Michigan.

Elegant and ornate, the Grand Lobby is perfect for receptions.

Boll Rehearsal Hall
Located on the third floor of the Detroit Opera House, the space can easily be transformed to meet your event specifications.

Cadillac Café
Located on the first floor of the Detroit Opera House and facing Comerica Park, the cozy, pub-like bistro is perfect for smaller receptions, cocktails, intimate concerts, pre-Tigers game events and more.

Lomason Lounge
Overlooking Madison Avenue, the Lomason Lounge’s high ceilings and elegant chandeliers make it perfect for smaller receptions and corporate meetings.

Allesee Lounge
Also overlooking Madison Avenue, the Allesee Lounge’s intimate feel make it perfect for meetings and small gatherings.
