Let the Detroit Opera House’s Cadillac Café take care of all your catering needs! From conception to execution, our staff can create the right menu for any occasion.
In addition to the Detroit Opera House’s Cadillac Café catering services, we have additional caterers that we encourage to use for food service. Patrons can hire and pay their caterers directly. Should you decide to use an outside caterer for a Detroit Opera House event, there will be a 10% fee of the gross bill paid and due to the Detroit Opera House.

Caprice Salad
Buffalo mozzarella, vine ripened Roma tomatoes, fresh basil with pesto and aged balsamic
vinaigrettes.
Salade Niçoise
From the town of Nice this salad is composed of an organic bed of greens, boiled eggs, haricots
verts, red skin potatoes and cherry tomatoes lightly tossed in red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive
oil. Great with seared Ahi tuna!

In addition to The Detroit Opera House’s Cadillac Café catering services we have additional caterers that we encourage you to use for food service. Patrons can hire and pay their caterers directly. Should you decide to use an outside caterer, there will be a 10% fee of the gross bill paid and due to the Detroit Opera House. These outside caterers may also assist with any special linen or floral arrangement needs.
