MOT Announces Casting, Adds Performance for American Ballet Theatre’s Romeo and Juliet!

American Ballet Theatre’s production of Romeo and Juliet at the Detroit Opera House is only a few months away, and we are proud to announce the casting slated for the lead roles! Returning are favorites Misty Copeland, Daniil Simpkin, Isabella Boylston and David Hallberg, among an overall stellar cast from the prestigious ballet company.

Additionally, we are excited to share we have added a fifth performance of the ballet to enable anyone who wants to experience the production an extra opportunity to do so. The company is adding a matinee Saturday, Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. in addition to evening performances Feb. 8-10 and a matinee Feb. 11.
