World Voice Day is a Celebration of the Human Voice
Every year on April 16th, voice health professionals worldwide join together to celebrate World Voice Day.

The voice is more important than most people realize. In most instances, it is unconsciously used and abused by smoking, shouting, drinking, poor speaking and/or singing techniques, to the point where problems occur. Wayne State University Department of Otolaryngology Endorses Annual Voice Day
The Wayne State University Physician Group, Department of Otolaryngology will observe World Voice Day by offering free evaluations of your larynx (voice box) as well as provide hints on how to maintain a healthy voice.

Presented by the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Department of Neurology and Division of Speech and Language Sciences and Disorders.
